Hollywood Park Opens Second Residential Building, The Crosby
INGLEWOOD, Calif. (January 11, 2023) – Hollywood Park, the largest urban mixed-use mega-development under construction in the Western United States, expands its residential offering with the debut of The Crosby – now open and available for leasing. The new residence offers the best of urban living with luxury amenities and unrivaled access to Los Angeles, located just six miles to the ocean, nine miles to downtown LA, three miles to LAX and steps away from the growing retail and entertainment spaces in the heart of Inglewood.
“Building on the success of The Wesley, our first residential building, we’re excited to offer a sister property that complements and enhances the overall community that continues to take shape at Hollywood Park,” says Otto Maly, President of Kroenke Holdings. “With access to public parks, a weekly farmers’ market, world-class live entertainment, and local family business retailers, it’s a destination like no other in Los Angeles, and we look forward to welcoming our new residents.”
The 213 units at The Crosby include spacious, light-filled floor plans, ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences, as well as two-story townhomes thoughtfully brought to life by prominent architect Hart Howerton in collaboration with TCA Architects and interior design firm Kenneth Brown. Each home features spacious rooms, gourmet kitchens designed for entertaining, private balconies and terraces, and spa-like marbled bathrooms. Drawing from the history of the property as the former Hollywood Park racetrack, The Crosby encompasses a luxurious modern design that embodies relaxed West Coast living, including an array of wood panels coupled with Graystone leather, neutral textures, clean lines, and large-scale mid-century furniture from notable designers like Christian Liagre.
Amenity spaces are designed to foster connection and engagement with a variety of indoor-outdoor spaces to work from home, relax and entertain including:
- A hotel-inspired lobby with richly hued, wood-paneled walls and plush seating areas for working and gathering
- Poolside clubroom with entertaining kitchen
- Landscaped sky deck with views of SoFi Stadium
- Full-size pool surrounded by oversized loungers, glamorous cabanas and leafy palms
- Outdoor entertaining areas for barbecues with fully equipped poolside kitchens with multiple TVs
- Expansive fitness studio with floor-to-ceiling windows and high-end cardio and weight equipment
- Private screening room with theatre-like seating
- Dog spa with dedicated bathing and drying area for furry family members
When complete, Hollywood Park will include up to five million square feet of creative office space, an exceptional retail area reaching up to 890,000 square feet, a 300-room hotel, and up to 2,500 sophisticated new residences. The expansive outdoor-oriented retail and residential offerings will border a six-acre artificial lake while being interlaced with 25 acres of tree-lined public parks and open space.
